Privacy notice

RMD uses application and account details to review membership requests, manage access and renewals, coordinate events, fulfill merchandise orders, and respond to inquiries. Do not submit financial account numbers, identity documents, medical information, or information about charity beneficiaries.

What the site stores

Applications, contact and vehicle details, account credential hashes, membership status, RSVPs, merchandise requests, and payment references. Passwords are hashed; the site does not collect payment-card details. Necessary session cookies support sign-in and form protection.

Who can access it

Authorized RMD administrators can review membership and operational records. Members can access their own account and permitted community content, but not other members' private contact details or attendee lists. The chosen hosting/database provider processes stored information. A configured email provider handles notification messages.

External payments

Venmo and PayPal links open those services; Zelle payments are made in your banking app. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. RMD verifies receipt manually.

Questions and removal requests

Contact ryancarfox@gmail.com to correct your information, withdraw an application, or request account/data removal. Some transaction or operational records may need to be retained. Do not send sensitive information in your request.
