Community standards

RMD is a private, application-based community. Membership is about participation, respect, and fit—not simply the price of a car.

On the road

Obey traffic laws and event instructions. Public-road events are not races. Allow safe spacing, avoid pressure to keep up, and take responsibility for your vehicle and driving. Track events have separate organizer and venue requirements.

With the group

Treat members, guests, partners, staff, and the communities we visit with respect. Attend only events for which your registration is confirmed. Follow guest policies and cancel promptly when plans change.

Privacy and giving

Do not share private routes, meeting locations, attendee information, or private album content outside the group without permission. Follow charity partners' rules about photographs, names, gifts, and contact with beneficiaries.

Membership and payment

RMD reviews applications. Payment does not guarantee approval. Annual dues do not automatically include every event expense. Specific benefits, event terms, cancellation requirements, and any applicable waivers are communicated separately before participation.
